Shipping policy
All items are shipped through USPS priority mail which takes 1-3 business days. Baybee Hair is not responsible for your package after it has been shipped. Please contact USPS if you have any problems, if any further questions, are sure to email us.
Return & Exchange Policy:
All sales are final. Exchanges are permitted for items that are damaged or if there has been a mistake on our behalf. If you need to exchange an item please contact our customer service email at Baybeehair@gmail.com. Exchanges must be made within 30 days after you have received your item. Exchanged items MUST be unused and in the same condition as received, along with the original packaging. We also require proof of purchase.
Once we received your item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you once the new item has been shipped out to you along with a tracking number.
Refund Policy:
All Sales Are Final.

Pre-Order Turn Around Time:
If you purchase bundles that are not available on hand the turnaround time is 5-10 business days. An email will be sent as soon as your package has shipped, providing you with details on your shipment.
